Your adventure begins with a scenic transfer from Hanoi to Sapa, a charming mountain town famous for its cool climate, rice terraces, and misty valleys. Along the way, travelers can enjoy panoramic views of northern Vietnam’s countryside and highland landscapes.

A highlight of the tour is visiting Cat Cat Village, home of the Black H’mong people.     Warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September, October, November, December, January, February and March

    Due to the altitude of Sapa, it is sometimes foggy in December, January, February and March.

    Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong because the banking system in Sapa sometimes doesn’t function well. US Dollar, Euro, Australia Dollar are accepted in Sapa.

    You should take medicine with you although there are some chemist’s shops in Sapa in case you get sick.

    Homestay’s facilities are not as good as hotels in Sapa.

Itinerary

07:00 – Limousine picks you up at your hotel in Hanoi and departs for Sapa.
The journey takes around 6 hours with 2 rest stops for restroom or light meals.

Arrive in Sapa around noon.
Lunch at a local restaurant, then hotel check-in and short rest.

14:30 – Start trekking about 4 km to Cat Cat Village, home of the Black H’mong people.
Visit local houses, see traditional crafts, and learn about daily life.

Continue to the beautiful waterfall and the remains of a French-built hydroelectric station. Enjoy the scenery and take photos.

Transfer back to the hotel by van.

18:00 – Dinner at a local restaurant.
Free time to explore Sapa town at night, try street snacks, or visit the night market.

Overnight in Sapa hotel (3★–5★ optional).

Breakfast at the hotel.

09:00 – Begin a scenic trek through Muong Hoa Valley.
Walk along rice terraces to Y Linh Ho Village, then continue to Lao Chai Village of the Black H’mong people.

Enjoy spectacular mountain and valley views.

Lunch at a local family in the village.

After lunch, trek to Ta Van Village, home of the Dzay ethnic group.

Return to Sapa town in the late afternoon.

08:30 – Transfer to Fansipan Cable Car Station.
Take a 20-minute cable car ride with panoramic mountain views.

Arrive at 2,800m altitude. Visit pagodas and spiritual sites.
Climb about 600 steps (30–40 minutes) to reach Fansipan Peak (3,143m) — the Roof of Indochina.

Take photos and enjoy the scenery.

Return by cable car.
Lunch at a local restaurant.

14:00 – Board the bus back to Hanoi.

20:00 – 21:00 – Arrive in Hanoi.
Tour ends. Guide says goodbye and see you again.
