DAY 1: HANOI- HALONG – LAN HA ON DORA CRUISE ( L/ D)
08:00 – 8:45: Our tour guide pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
Note: If guests do not stay at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area, our car will pick up at meeting point is Hanoi Opera House – the final pickup point. => This one for guest who use our transfer service. >>You may be interested in Transfer Hanoi - Halong and return. If you book option from Halong without transfer from Hanoi (you are in Halong already) or you prefer getting to Halong bay on your own, please come to our meeting point at Halong International Cruise Port (Tuan Chau harbor) before 11.30 AM. You will be check in and transferred to the big Cruise by tender/speed boat. Any late arrivals will be charged 100 USD for tender.
10:30: Arrive in Hai Duong province, and have 20 minutes short break.
11:30 – 12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor.
12:00 – 12:30: Transferred by boat to Dora Cruise. Welcome to Dora Cruise and enjoy welcome drink, meet the captain, crew to get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check-in your cabin.
13:00: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian set menu lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
- Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor where belonged to Cat Ba area.
- Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha bay. Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).
- Heading back toward the sleeping area
- Do kayaking and swimming at Ba Trai Dao Islet or Tra Bau area where
17.30: Come back to our Dora Cruise and participate in our sunset party with fruit, cake and wine. Take photos and relax
18:00 – 18:15: Join cooking class guided directly by Chef of Dora Halong Cruise. You have chance to practice Vietnamese traditional dishes such as spring roll or famous cuisine of Vietnam
19:00: Time for dinner enjoying special seafood and Vietnamese typical food on the cruise.
21:00: Evening entertainments: play game on the cruise: cards game, chess, listen to music, squid fishing, relaxing and overnight on the Dora Cruise.
DAY 2: DORA LAN HA - DARK & LIGHT CAVE - HA LONG CRUISE - HANOI ( B/L/D)
06.00: Early morning sun risers can enjoy Tai Chi lesson on sundeck.
07.00 : Morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. Have breakfast.
7h30-7h45 : You will be at reception to go visit Dark & Bright Cave by the tender (the transfer boat) to the small floating house and there you can have opportunity to explore the cave on local bamboo boat (rowing by the locals).
09.30: Come back to Dora Cruise and check-out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay.
10:00: Have early lunch at the cruise before check out
11:30: Dora Cruise are landing near Tuan Chau Harbor and transfer guest to Tuan Chau, say goodbye to Halong Bay and finish the cruise
12:00 – 12:30: Return to Hanoi.
13:50 – 14:00: Stopover in Hai Duong province to relax.
15:00 – 15:30: Arrive in Hanoi

ADDINFORMATION:
CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY: The Cruise ‘s itinerary may change from time to time depending on the weather forecast, tide level or the instructions are given by the Halong Bay Management Authorities.
- Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
- Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date. After embarking, it is no longer changeable due to the stock limit condition
- Advance registration is required prior to departure at least 3 days with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
- Time in the schedule is only relative. The specific time will be announced by our tour guide on the day of departure.
- All activities are included in the program. Guests can choose to relax themselves and enjoy the scenery on board, without having to fully participate in activities above.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
By Customers:
- More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
- 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
- From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
- Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
- No show: 100% of total rate.
By Bad Weather:
If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
